Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier’s location and the destination country. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Europe: 10–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14–15 business days

These are estimated delivery timeframes and may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

This means you may receive more than one package, and they may arrive on different days.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply when the package reaches the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
